Moment 4 Life

Every day I wake up thinking of the lyric Drake said in the song Moment 4 Life: “Everybody dies, but not everybody lives.”

I, too, was a part of the people he was talking about. Waking up every day, thinking I was living.

Recently (after April), I’ve been blessed to realize that I wasn’t truly living. It’s a different feeling, and if you know, you know. And if you don’t know, I could spend the rest of my life explaining it, and you still wouldn’t understand.

But what I can say is this: if you ask God to show you how to live, to show you how to really live the way He has promised you, then you will be able to understand that line.

There are so many soulless bodies out here walking among the world, and I thank God every day that I’m not one of them.
